A Pakenham based air conditioning, heating, ventilation and refrigeration business, run by the people who turn up to the job.
C & M Airconditioning is a small, locally owned team of fully qualified refrigeration mechanics based in Pakenham, with an office that answers the phone and knows where every job is up to.
The business works across homes, offices, retail, hospitality and real estate portfolios in Melbourne’s Eastern and South Eastern Suburbs and West Gippsland. A good share of the work comes from property managers and repeat commercial clients, which is the kind of work you only keep by turning up when you said you would and doing the job properly.

What we do differently
We give you a straight answer. If a repair is not worth doing, we will say so. If a system you have been sold is the wrong size for the room, we will tell you before we install it. And the office is open seven days, so a breakdown on a Saturday morning does not have to wait until Monday.
Licensing and accreditation
All refrigerant handling is carried out under an ARCtick licence, and the business is registered with the Victorian Building Authority. Every job is done by qualified refrigeration mechanics, not general labour. A Working with Children Check is held.
