Air balancing and commissioning

Airflow measured and adjusted at every outlet, then tested and written up, so the system performs the way it was designed to.

Air balancing is the airflow side. Readings are taken at each outlet and the dampers are adjusted so every room or zone gets the airflow it was designed for, instead of one room freezing while another never gets there.
Commissioning is the proving side. The system is tested against its design figures, the controls are checked, and the readings are written up, so there is a record of how it was performing when it was handed over.
Done on new installs and on existing systems, for homes as well as commercial sites.
Worth booking when rooms never balance out, after a fit out or an alteration, or when a builder needs airflow figures at handover.

AC installation

Split systems and ducted reverse cycle, sized on site and installed by licensed refrigeration mechanics.

We size the system on site rather than off a floor plan, so it actually keeps up on a 40 degree day.
Happy to install a unit you have already bought, provided it is suitable for the space.
Pipework, electrical connection, pressure testing and commissioning are all part of the job.

Call outs and repairs

Breakdowns, fault finding and repairs across split, ducted and commercial systems.

We carry common parts on the van so most faults are fixed on the first visit.
If a part has to be ordered, we tell you the lead time up front and book the return visit before we leave.
You get a straight answer on whether a repair is worth it or the system is at end of life.

Maintenance and servicing

Scheduled servicing that keeps systems efficient, protects the warranty and catches faults before summer.

Filters, coils, drains, refrigerant charge, electrical connections and controls are checked and cleaned.
Most manufacturers require regular servicing to keep the warranty valid. We provide the service record.
Book before the season changes. Late spring and early autumn are the quiet windows.

Design, install and alterations

New builds, renovations, extensions and tenancy fit outs, working from your plans or ours.

We can work off architectural drawings or design the system from scratch for the space.
Alterations to existing ducted systems when rooms are added, moved or repurposed.
Any paperwork the job needs is sorted as part of the work, not left for you to chase.
Builders: we install to your program and hand over the compliance certificate with the job.

Service contracts

Planned maintenance agreements for offices, retail, real estate portfolios and other commercial sites.

A fixed schedule of visits with reporting after each one, so you know the state of every unit on site.
Priority response for breakdowns between scheduled visits.
We already look after property management portfolios, so multi site coordination is routine.
